Don't take it personally. But if you're having problems with your distro's packaging system this is not the right place to report a bug or ask for help. If you're having problems with Kubuntu's backports, ask for some help at Kubuntu's channel on Freenode or, if that's indeed a bug, report it on Kubuntu's bugtracker. Now, regarding your problem, instead of backporting you may try to compile kdelibs yourself.
