As you read the discussion here, you'll also notice developers wrestling with larger issues affecting all, such as refining the infrastructure, porting and deprecations, changes in Qt and other common tools, etc. My only advice: upload your proposal as soon as possible, and remember to turn on "suggesting" and then respond to comments and suggestions. Remember to link to commits you have made in your proposal. If they have not landed yet, link to the Phab or Invent discussion of your patches.
