It seems that functions in namespaces are not always documented. Example: https://api-staging.kde.org/klocalization.html does not contain documentation for KLocalization::setupSpinBoxFormatString() while https://api.kde.org/frameworks/ki18n/html/namespaceKLocalization.html does.
