- add it to the techbase pages as well, as it's difficult to guess the
applicability of the information on the outdated pages under solaris.kde.org
to the current generation of KDE.
- possibly add a check in check-versions.sh to complain if the required UTF-8
localization is not installed.
Both are publicly writable, so that shouldn't be a problem.
