Since the -specs-dev repo is also publicly writable, please also add the
relevant bits there. Perhaps adding
BuildRequires: SUNWlibtool
(with better formatting) to the FOSSfaac.spec file is enough. It's a bit
ironic, though, to need it because we put a lot of effort into killing the
system and ltmain libtools in each package and using our own extra-hacked-up
libtool that understands ss12 flags better.
