Yes, forgotten upload. In cases like this, it *is* best to just ping the
mailing list; you can also roll your own Solaris-* tarball if you happen to
have a complete Dude checkout. This is the under-documented target
create-tarball-foo (e.g. create-tarball-xcb-proto)
which uses the DUDE_DIR variable to find where the stuff lives that it should
tar up. Set DUDE_DIR in Makefile.config.

That said, I've done the upload and xcb-proto should build again. It's an
artifact of the move towards Phonon 4.3 in specs-dev right now (not sctrictly
needed for KDE 4.1, though) that xcb happens at all.
When we get dillon back, we need someone who will set up a nightly clean-and-
rebuild on one of the VMs in order to spot these things faster -- since
*locally* one usually has the required sources in ~/packages/SOURCES/ already
and doesn't notice that the upload of the Solaris-* tarball has gone missing.
