.. which isn't to say they actually work; I had to fix up lame (mp3 encoder)
yesterday because it was zeroing out all the samples before encoding. That's
something for another thread, though. Suffice to say that the specs for KDE
4.1.4 are *not* done yet in their entirety -- I saw that Luc also (re-)added
libtheora yesterday.
