Are you sure you want to do that? At some point, I suggest, it's a good idea 
to use what's already installed and available on the system. Just a 
suggestion, though, as we've kept the distinction between reduced_deps and 
complete builds as small as possible (SUNWgnu-gettext is also 0.16 while 
FOSSgettext is 0.17).

Sounds like a sensible change. That needs to go to dude and then some re-
rolling and revision bumping needs to happen.
