Supposing we wanted to host something semi-official -- like spec files or 
other build infrastructure that can be used to create packages for KDE4 
dependencies and KDE4 itself -- how do we get a repo and access on OSOL.org? 
It might make things much easier if we can rely on hg (which everyone has 
anyway) to push around some parts of the build.

I see JDS uses svn.opensolaris.org/svn/jds. 

I'm not advocating abandoning cvsdude -- that works really well for the people 
doing primary package development -- but am advocating also making things 
available more obviously close to OSOL. Especially for packages that are being 
ARC'ed it might be good to have really obvious "Here is the spec file, here 
are the dependencies, note that everything is in good order and you can press 
one button to build this software" type information.
