What is the (intended) license for the work we have done in dude? I can
distinguish two categories of work:
- patches against external sources
- typically under the license of the work they are patching,
- but not necessarily, so needs checking.
- build infrastructure
- SPECS/ and KDE/ directories
- spec files and infrastructure not licensed at all
- Respect.pl 2-clause BSD licensed
I think we should clarify that the spec files and infrastructure are either:
- CDDL, or,
- Licensed the same as the package they apply to.
The former is simpler (one license for this category of work) and the latter
is what the JDS spec files say.
