Although you can build kdelibs + kdebase from kde4-specs-dev already, it's missing many other things. I've just imported specfiles (based on the Dude pspc and untangling some things) for gpgme and all its dependencies -- these include krb5 and openldap and other large and unsavoury things -- so I'd like to ask people who are following the specfiles to please test.
