The usual thing is that it works for me (well, of course, because I'm writing and massaging it all the time) on all my machines (a diverse bunch, but still ..) and then it fails spectacularly elsewhere. That will make sure that there are no unintended or old specfiles hanging around (I thought pkgtool would handle that, but I'm not entirely sure).
