OK, this list is meant more as a "this is what KDE 4 configure complains 
about" not a "this is what we need." Just fixing the configure checks to pull 
in the right parts of the system might be enough (for instance, FOSSsqlite is 
already built and installed but isn't being found; there's no *other* sqlite 
on my nv83 box, but i appear to have gotten a mysql and a postgres server as 
part of the deal -- which kexi isn't finding).

log4cxx is such a phenomenally low priority -- better logging in strigi -- 
that we can leave that for next year's tuesday.
