[kde-discuss] hal libfstyp.h solaris 10u5

Hi,

Since libfstyp does not seem to exist on solaris 10u5,
I guess the thing to do is create FOSSlibfstyp to
create it from the OpenSolaris source files, so that
is what I am currently doing.
