hmm ... I'm not so sure this applies to my situation - I didn't change a 
single thing (that I'm aware of ;-), and remember, I'm seeing this with 
FOSSgettext (AFAICT), not with dbus.

Sadly, sunsolve shows enough results to make this look like a rather 
generic error ... so I need to do some more research.
