hmmm ... doesn't work for me:
$ mv Respect.pl .Respect.pl
$ svn up

this is the problem. I *did* change Makefile.config.local to point to
/opt/kdebld/packages, but it's not being picked up. What do I need to do to
make Respect.pl honour that (or use it ..)
