I've updated qt 4.4 to he -rc1 version, dropped phonon from the qt build as it screws up kdelibs and patched up the pspc files, so qt should be ready to go again. I see luc has been doing lots of cleanups in other dependencies.
Remember to remove existing KCE / FOSS packages and make clean in SPECS to re-generate tarballs and SPEC files before building.
