yep, though only for the Solaris 10 domain, it must be a HVM DomU for the 
reason Piotr gives. The Nevada domains can be paravirtualized guests.

That is a HVM guest. 

(Note that the term DomU does not imply a paravirtualized domain, it just 
refers to a guest running under the control of Dom0, be it a paravirtualized 
guest or a HVM guest)
