kdebld is for the tools needed to build KDE's dependencies (and KDE itself).
They are not required to run the system.
We're still looking for a good way to name the *other*, runtime, dependencies
that KDE has. There's a whole bunch of them. They should be collected
somewhere. We might distinguish
- C language dependencies
- C++ language dependencies
because of ABI considerations (ie. the C++ stuff is incompabile with anything
not using stdcxx).
