Currently, that ability doesn't exist in a formal tool. If you want to remove packages, you'll have to: 1) stop the depot server 2) nuke the appropriate manifest directories under repo/pkg/..., the files that belonged to those packages under repo/file/... 3) start /usr/lib/pkg.depotd with --rebuild pointing at your repo dir with '-d' 4) restart the depot server one last time The ability to obsolete, rename, and remove packages is coming very soon.
