The above KDE dependencies have been announced to be ported via / contrib (jucr actually) on http://wiki.genunix.org/wiki/index.php/contrib_repo_porting_list I'll start on the paperwork (OSR, ECCN) shortly. Please report all your work on KDE dependencies and packages to be submitted via http://jucr.opensolaris.org there too.
