HOw about this. Then all you need to do is change the version. I also moved some stuff from base-qt.spec into FOSSqt.spec (debug and cups) and also put in some logic to enable demos and examples if people want to play with it. Actually, if you set the version to 4.6.1 and find it works, the only thing we should do is fixup the patches so we can build 4.6.0 and 4.6.1 with a switch. Thoughts?
