I've noticed a great idea from the Dutch team, that would need IMHO to be
spread to the other teams.
In kdelibs/kdoctools/customization/nl/user.entities, they have defined :

This way ROLES_OF_TRANSLATORS can simply be translated to
&Niels.Reedijk;
in KBabel !
Please note that this would not work in CREDITS_FOR_TRANSLATORS which has
other (simpler) markup.
