You can find the latest version at <ulink url="http://docs.kde.org/current/&package;/&kappname;/";>http://docs.kde.org/current/&package;/&kappname;/</ulink>.</para> As &kappname contains "<" and ">" of "<application>" tag induced by &kappname; entity, the url attibute and the contents of the ulink tag are incorrectly formed.
