It's under Appearance & Themes -> Colors ("Apply colors to non-KDE apps"). I'll
reassign this to the
documentation package, since the note needs correcting. However, if there are
cases where the
exporter is obviously wrong (i.e. it's not just that the colorscheme doesn't
fit for non-KDE aps), that
may be a bug on its own.
