Well, that's the last time anyone worked on it. However, one of the maintainers has just got back in touch with me, and there may be some action in the next few months coming up to the next KOffice release. KPresenter has been pretty stable for quite a while, although there are new features to add to the documentation. Since the same author is probably coming back to work on it, it's likely that much of the existing text would be kept, so I would go ahead with translating it if you have the resources.
