[kde-doc-english] Bug#77484

I'd like to fix this bug. Does this mean that the entire "Insert Clipart" 
section should be removed (from <varlistentry> to </varlistentry>)? Anything 
else? I've never fixed a bug before so I'd like to take a stab at this one.
