The kinfocenter/opengl module handbook is not installed in the right directory
when I make a ./configure && make && make install from cvs/HEAD.
for example, in french, the opengl directory is installed in
$KDEDIR/share/doc/HTML/fr/ instead of $KDEDIR/share/doc/HTML/fr/kinfocenter
