Dear Philip; Thanks for your kind help. The list was shown at one of the KDE.org links on the KDE documentation page. It was not described as a user help list, but as something to point out problems in documentation, and I thought that at least part of what I wrote did that. If not, I'm sorry. In general, I have found the user manuals madeningly incomplete. Maybe that's because I am not looking in the right places, although I attribute some of it to the apparent failure of my system to compile help files properly.
There are a lot of breaks in the descriptions on my machine, and user instructions on my machine, but even where they are complete, they don't cover all the items that I need addressed.
