kdmrc-ref.docbook has two <sect1>s without id's. All
(chapter|sect1|sect2|sect3)s must have an id, since they're used to choose the
output filename.
Reassigning to ossi, since it's his script that generates the file. (Is this
script in cvs anywhere?)
