Two things to emphasize here: 1. A description of exactly what is out-of-date/missing/incorrect should be *required* - I don't think "Was this helpful? Yes/No" gives us enough information. 2. We're already trying to do this sort of thing on bugs.kde.org - take a look at the 'docs' product. Anything new should be integrated with this. Also, bear in mind that we're quite short-handed in the docs team, so any new technology should concentrate on allowing us to make the best use of our time (Or, of course, on attracting and keeping new writers).
