This is a fix for bug #: 72986 Attached is a docbook file for a KControl module (KDE performance). I am not very CVS savy so if someone could:
1) Check the document for markup/grammer/spelling 2) Create the necessary files to integrate this into CVS and the helpcenter 3) Close this bug when that is completed.
