Hello there,
help should or ought to show help for the specific  window just 
shown and active. Not something cloudy.
Handling  adding  other languages than German in the window 
itsself was more comfortable than drag&drop method. 
At first I was flapperghasted (again by the way, you play too 
much) not knowing what to do. A hint to the changing of the 
method of adding would also do, now for future changes, perhaps.
