Review request for Documentation and KDE Utils. Description ------- As it was noted in comments from user [1] KWallet Manager documentation does not contain some technical information on KWallet itself. This problem can be mitigated by adding a link to TechBase page and the code. Any enhancements and comments will be highly appreciated as I my knowledge in cryptography is purely theoretical and I know almost nothing about the internal ideas of KWallet records partition.
