1. Battery on your computer's motherboard lost its charge.
2. Hardware clock on your computer's motherboard is too cheap to show the  
time exactly.

Do not know a thing about the system you are using but her (Mageia 2) this  
can be done as follows

1. Right click on the clock widget on KDE panel.
2. Choose "Adjust date and time".
3. Adjust the clock and check NTP (syncing of the time) option.
4. Click "OK".
