    Use guimenuitem markup for the options As Icons, Smart, Inline, Hide, In 
Header Only ?
    
    The meaning of most options here seem to be obvious and needs no further 
explanation, but the user probably might have no idea what "Smart" means - Show 
attachments as suggested by sender.
    Should this info tehrefore added here?
