OK. Eventually I was able to find that the file phonon writes each time the
configuration is changed is ~ / .config / kde.org / libphonon.conf

My problem is that I bought a bluetooth headset. The first time I tried to
connect, the bluetooth device recognized me. Then I made some changes and
since then I have not been able to make phonon recognize the bluetooth
headset device. And so I'm fighting to fix this. I don't understand why my
hair dryer no longer notices the existence of the bluetooth headset!
