Help Center displays corrupted garbled texture patterns instead of page
contents.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Help Center.
2. Resize the window and watch glitched patterns change.
OBSERVED RESULT
Bottom-right help page of the window is filled with corruption.
EXPECTED RESULT
Page renders correctly.
