Hi -- Just wanted to point out that the help page for KDE Connect doesn't say how to make your devices discoverable. That is, when I opened it, the device list showed the other 2 desktop PCs I have running Ubuntu+KDE on my LAN, but no sign of my Android phone, and no hint of how to detect it.
I figured it out quickly enough -- the KDE Connect app needs to also be installed on the phone itself. Found it in the Play store; installed; problem solved. This is obvious enough in hindsight. But it would be better if it were stated in the help page (or even hinted in the GUI). Maybe something like: "To connect your mobile device: install the KDE Connect app on the device (available in the Google Play and Apple App stores)". And/or, the device list description: "Detected devices on the local network running the KDE Connect app". Thanks, HTH David
