After many months of work, new major releases for ktorrent and
libktorrent are available. The biggest new features are:
* Support for Superseeding
* KIO magnet, see Christian Weilbach's blog
(http://whilos.blogsite.org/?p=181) for an introduction
* The user interface has been redesigned, making better use of
KDE's KParts technologies
* Video streaming, enabling you to start watching a movie while it
is downloading
Next to these, a whole bunch of smaller features have been added and
many bugs have been fixed. For a full overview, take a look at the
ChangeLog documents included in the tar balls.
Downloads can be found on http://ktorrent.org. I would like to thank
everybody who contributed to this release.
