The concept of creating a file or folder inside a tag does not make conceptual sense; you apply tags to files and folders, but you don't create files and folders in tags. This `m_unassignedTags` is what is updated when the user create a dir in `tags:/`. But indeed subfolders for tags or files it tags:// make no sense. So I think we want this`writing=false` and remove this clearly not functional way of creating a tag and conceptually not working.
