Packagers, this release contains two relevant changes:- The API documentation is now generated via QDoc. There was a separate email with instructions on how to build them.
- The Python bindings that several frameworks ship are now built by default, unless opted out via -DBUILD_PYTHON_BINDINGS=OFF.
