The kio help expects it in kioslave/help, kio was patched as well.

It does not work maybe because of the missing common/ directory, which is not 
installed right now? (working on it)
Even with that directory I can just see the correct title, but blank pages are 
always displayed in my khelpcenter (issues with the khtmlpart maybe, but this 
is for other RRs).

Anyway, does kioclient cat help:... works (after you copy the common/ directory 
in the right place)?
