The graph is based on information provided by CMake regarding the
binaries itself - don't know how that works exactly.
This information is extracted during the "== Extracting dependency
information from CMake" stage of a CI build.

It does depend on binaries being built properly though, so bad build
metadata will still result in a broken graph - as it won't be built
with that dependency.
