This means "make install" in kcoreaddons didn't run update-mime-database.
Or -more likely- that the files generated by updated-mime-database didn't get 
copied over
to the final location (i.e. the one above). Is there such a temporary location 
for installing
before things get copied over to the final destination? Did something change in 
the CI
scripts in that respect? (e.g. copying individual files rather than the whole 
install dir?)
