The first patch had 12 unit test failing. This one has 2 1/2 unit test failing. I've changed findByUrl, instead of removing the item from the list, tell the item to refresh. I do not know why the refreshed mimetype of a file ending in .html becomes application/x-extension-html instead of text/html. I couldn't resist, I've removed also the NonMovableFileItem class.
