REVISION SUMMARY Location runner uses `KUriFilter` which translates "\\foo\bar" to smb://foo/bar" but we don't want to go through all of the URI filtering in KRunner itself. TEST PLAN Searched for "\\foo\bar" and got it as "NetworkShare" with higher score in location runner than before.
