We'll move kdesdk and kdevelop off db4 when db4-4.0 becomes deprecated and we 
have no other choice. Changing the db4 version means that the actual 
databases will become incompatible, which usually causes user annoyance and 
support noise in copious amounts. Having to have more than one version of db4 
installed is a small price to pay compared to that.
