Probably because one of the systems has a kinfocenter binary without this fix: http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/cvs-ports/2005-April/062624.html As this was no critical bug, there was no PORTREVISION bump. Rebuilding kdebase with a recent ports tree should make it work.
