Or somebody needs to translate the Makefile.am changes into patches for the 
respective Makefile.in's and submit them here. I might eventually find the 
time to do it, but I'm pretty swamped with other things and I don't have any 
psychological strain from not being able to view .chm files to push it up my 
TODO either.
